EDEN - THE CHARM OF THE WAKING UP NATURE IN THE EARLY SPRING, BLOOMING GREEN PLANTS, SWIMMING IN THE LAKE, NIGHTTIME IN THE FOREST by CACHAREL

EDEN, EDP - CACHAREL

EDEN by CACHAREL is one of the classic and significant fragrances of the '90s. What epoch, what spirit, what great decade... Composed by Jean Guichard, design bottle by Annegret Beier and launched in 1994 on the market.

Spring, blooming green, Nature wakes up... That magical time of the year, when Margarita crosses the night skies under the full moon, swims in the lake and prepares for the Ball in the forest with Voland...

Moments from the movie "Master and Margarita",
based on S. Bulgakov's novel
Music: Mussorgsky Night on Bald Mountain Master and Margarita Anna Kovalchuk

This is how I imagine this perfume:

"Green forest, bright stars in the night sky, warm breeze, whisper, coming from the green leafs from the branches, fresh wet grass and ground, marsh grasses, green lotus, water lily, jumping frogs from leaf to leaf in the lake, flying horses, song of the crickets, call of an owl..."

Natalié Beauté

CACHAREL describes their masterpiece the following way:

"Patchouli, notes of mimosa and cool fruits...
EDEN, for the first time ever, encompasses the exhilaration of spring with sensuality."

EDEN - very beautiful, mystic, rich, intense, but contradicting perfume composition for the new generation.

Some people say - "It smells green!", "It smells flowers water!", "It smells Watermelon!"...
Yes, it indeed smells green, BUT... not those new green perfumes, which "green tone" is transparent, sharp, crystal glowing green.
EDEN smells thick green - rich green composition. The unlikely notes composition is giving also some impression of space, cool waterfalls, fresh air in some green place in the virgin Nature - far away, from the civilization and the urbanization.

TOP NOTES:

Bergamot, Mandarin Orange, Peach

HEART NOTES:

Mimosa, Lotus, Water Lily, Violet

BASE NOTES:

Patchouli, Sandalwood

Bergamot note make this first initial spray very sharp, even metallic. 10-15 seconds later, it calms and you can detect the Peach, together with the Mandarin.

In the middle notes, the Mimosa starts to be detectable powerfully, together with the Lotus and the Water Lily, which are standing on the base of Melon, Ananas, Jasmine, Violet...

The base notes re-veils the foundation of the composition - Patchouli and Sandalwood.

The notes emerges in groups all the time, depends on the environmental temperature and the body chemistry. I little doubt to say, that this fragrance has Pyramid in the classic meaning of the word, in the perfumery. Yes, it opens on "stages", but the top notes for example done disappear/transform completely - they emerge and re-emerge again and again. This perfume plays. It plays the same way, like some other perfumes, accused to have pyramid structure.

EDEN is aquatic, white floral, green, fresh, fruity.
Despite, it's been reformulated, EDEN still keeps the same character and line.

   CONCLUSIONS

EDEN is worthy representative of the classic perfume "Cacharel" from the '90s - vibrant, thick, unusual, representing beautiful Natural moment in the early Spring.

It's long lasting, powerful, individual, very suitable for signature fragrance, for special individuals.

It's perfume with deep character and special mood, which needs to be understood.

It can be wearable daytime. Not very suitable for work environment, but in office can be, if you apply it the following way - spray cloud in the air and go through.

It's wearable night time also, for special event or evening night out.

I wouldn't recommend it, if you go to restaurant, but for coffee shop - perfect. The coffee and/or the cigarette smoke, can define the perfume's character, in perfect way.

   Test, before you buy!

   I RECOMMEND IT!
